An additional stiffness can be achieved by coupling the low-frequency driver’s magnet to the cabinet bracing using a resonant-absorbing mastic. Finally, the F300 floor standing models use a plinth with floor coupling spikes and a widened footprint - this provides stability for tight bass and accurate stereo imaging.

Crossover

All F300 models from Fyne use precision components within its crossover including a low loss LF laminated core inductor and HF polypropylene capacitors - this is done with a view to delivering optimum performance. Although the designs are optimized using software, the fine-tuning of F300 models is always undertaken through critical auditioning.
